SVM became a subsidiary of "Grands Vins de Gironde" in 1996.
 Another entity, SVM, manufactures more than 1 million bottles annually and is sold worldwide.
 Our brewer and his strong team of seven are carrying out this expanding activity. A trained brewer, he strives to adapt traditional brewing techniques to the production of sparkling wine.
 The owner is the Castilla family, who owns several of Bordeaux's famous rated chateaus.
 In recent years, it has built up its name recognition as a leading Negosian, and has also started the operation of the sparkling wine brewing company "SVM", which is one of the largest in the Bordeaux region.
 The brewery is located in Saint-Roubaix, northeast of downtown Bordeaux, brewing high quality and affordable sparkling.
