A winery located in Kleichgau in the northern part of Baden, the southernmost vineyard in Germany, all of which produce wine in-house. The concept is "modern & stylish". With a stylish and international approach that sets it apart from traditional German wines, it is gaining a lot of attention and popularity. The main grape varieties of production are Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, which are dry wine producing areas with almost no sweet production and 90% dry wine production. Heightlinger wines are not aged and drunk for a long time. Mr. Klaus's belief is that "wine is not made in the cellar. It is made in the vineyard (field)."

A winery located in Kraichgau, northern Baden, Germany's southernmost viticulture region.

All wines are produced in-house. The concept is "modern & stylish".

With a stylish and international approach that sets it apart from traditional German wines, it is gaining a lot of attention and popularity.

The main grape varieties of production are Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, with almost no sweet production.

It is a dry wine producing area where the production of dry wine is 90%.

Heightlinger wines are not aged and drunk for a long time.

Mr. Klaus's belief is, "Wine is not made in the cellar. It is made in the vineyard."

We aim to make wine that looks like a bottle of grapes harvested in the field.

Brewer and CEO Klaus Brumeister said he was a brewer at his father's winery.

By nature, I was naturally influenced by my father and became a brewer.

Originally from Baden, he grew up playing in vineyards and cellars as a kid.

Even now, I am proud of myself as a "field freak", and I am engaged in viticulture while seriously facing the climate and harvest conditions that I visit every year.

In the process of studying brewing, I studied at wineries in Bordeaux and Burgundy.

After that, he was invited by the owner of High Trigger, and as a person who is familiar with Kreihigau, a place with a winery more than anyone else.

I have been in charge of brewing since 2008. To spread Heightlinger wine all over the world

He travels around the world, is the CEO, and is responsible for all sections of the field, cellar, inventory and shipping.

I still go down to the field and do the actual work. Therefore, you will not be short of breath even if you climb the stairs of Ravensburg Castle near the winery 100 steps.

When I come to Japan, I don't use any escalator (laughs)
